The Cooking Dad Bake and Brew

From Baking Cassava Cake and Brewing Coffee, TCD Bake and Brew’s saving one child at a time – 10% proceeds are donated
to Save The Children Philippines, the world’s leading independent children’s organization.

Started last May 2020, just when the pandemic also began.  Sir John Eric Enopi and his family, the people behind The Cooking Dad Bake and Brew (yes, sir John is also the dad behind the name) thought of doing something productive together while they were in lockdown.  The first item they launched is the Cassava Cake (I also bought one tasted it and it was really good!).

The Cooking Dad Bake and Brew started their mobile cafe last August 2020 when the lockdown transition to a less strict protocol, enabling them to sell outside which also led them to start the mobile cafe, making them one of the pioneers of mobile cafes here in the Philippines. They also put up their cafe for events such as weddings.

What are their products and services

Did you know that The Cooking Dad Bake and Brew also partnered with Save The Children Philippines? The first thing they also thought of before they launched the business is to take part in a movement in helping students struggling in the new normal through visual or online classes that, not everyone has the means or even, for some, a luxury to have. Save The Children Philippines has a program called Project Aral that aims to help children who need support for online classes. 10% of the proceeds are donated to the children of the partnered organization.

Where they are located

The Cooking Dad Bake and Brew is located in Imus, Cavite and since they are also a mobile cafe, you can also see them in different locations such as Victory Bike Trails, Imus Cavite every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 AM to 10 AM and 3 PM to 6 PM.
